Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/Month
Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in HR Operations. The role focuses more on workforce management and statutory compliance than recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations for labour, supervisors, and plant workforce
- Handle payroll management using Savy HRMS Software
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
- Coordinate performance management and policy implementation
- Support workforce planning and HR reporting

Requirements:

- 5+ years of HR Operations experience




- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce, labour, and supervisors
- Proficiency in HRMS (Savy Software preferred)
- Nearby candidates will be preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
