We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate on the development of industry-focused online learning programs. As an SME, you will work with our instructional design team to create engaging, practical, and beginner-friendly learning content that reflects current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate course content for beginner-level learners.
- Share practical industry knowledge, real-world examples, and best practices.
- Review learning objectives, course outlines, and assessments.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers during course development.
- Record short introductory videos and provide guidance for video-based learning content.
- Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all learning materials.
Required Experience
- 10–12+ years of relevant industry experience in your area of expertise.
- Strong practical knowledge with hands-on industry experience.
- Experience mentoring, training, consulting, or teaching is an advantage.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner learners.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
