We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, and a target-oriented approach to achieving sales and lead-generation goals. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments when required, and provide timely updates to the management team. Candidates should possess basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
