Lead Generation & Social Media Executive (Work From Home – Kolkata Only)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This Work From Home opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Kolkata who are passionate about lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, social media management, and outbound marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Research and build B2B prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and other online tools.
- Execute and monitor cold email campaigns.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement.
- Maintain campaign trackers and generate regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements





- 6 months or more of experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or LinkedIn Outreach.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or cold email platforms is preferred.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Valuable written English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Candidates should be available to attend occasional in-person meetings in Kolkata when required.
