Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, pumps, cooling towers, DG sets, and HVAC systems.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules as per the maintenance calendar.
- Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of all machines.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve machine availability.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Prepare maintenance reports, machine history cards, and daily maintenance logs.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of current machinery.
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
