Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Mohali
Department: Production / Operations
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter and maintain production-related data in the company's software. The ideal candidate should possess good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure data accuracy. Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing setting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update production-related data into the ERP/software system accurately.
- Maintain daily production records and ensure timely data entry.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Generate and maintain production reports as required.
- Coordinate with the Production and Stores departments for data verification.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of production activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.




- Support the team with other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with production processes and production data management.
