Key Responsibilities
Assist in event planning and coordination activities before the event
Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams
Support BTL activities such as promotions, and activations
Handle on-ground execution during event day
Ensure timely follow-ups and transparent communication with stakeholders
Travel across the city for meetings, site visits, and coordination work




Help in last-minute operational requirements to ensure smooth event flow.
