Job Purpose:
To be responsible for finalizing vendors for the construction work at the site

Principal Accountabilities:
Preparing & reviewing budgetary controls as per the Cost of Construction

Executing Contractor packaging strategy and finalizing the scope for vendors

Preparing the Pre-qualification for recent Contracts as per BOQ, Cost Analysis, Estimation, Tendering process, Comparative sheet & Approval note

Closely examining the contracts PO and agreement of all projects.

Co-ordinating with External Architects for preparation of Tender documents

Performing techno – commercial evaluation of rates quoted by contractors





Assisting in finalization of tender bids and contracts

Coordinating with corporate commercial team for approval of new Contracts and Agreements.

Ensuring that all the changes to the scope due to any reason (site conditions etc.) are recorded and amendments are made for approval

Evaluating the performance of the vendor at regular intervals & documenting the same

Handling Internal and External audits for Contracts department

Preparing the MIS & reports regularly for the Contracts department

Co-ordinating with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project.

Education Qualification & Experience:
B.E Civil
5 to 8 years of experience
