We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, work coordination, safety compliance, and timely completion of the project as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at site
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
- Monitor project progress and report daily work updates
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at site
- Prepare site measurements and maintain work records
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project team
- Manage material requirements and site inventory
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works
Required Skills
- Knowledge in civil construction and site execution
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and team management ability
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1–3 years of site experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Residential / Commercial building projects
- Interior fit-out and finishing works experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
