RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Appoint new dealers in Idukki district while managing and maximizing sales turnover from existing retail and wholesale paint dealers.

2. Achieve assigned sales turnover, collection, and business development targets within the district.

3. Be willing to travel extensively and regularly visit existing dealers, wholesale counters, and prospective outlets.

4. Identify and appoint new dealers to expand market reach and generate additional business from the territory.

5. Build strong rapport with painters associated with dealer counters and motivate them to generate secondary and project sales for company products.

6. Provide prompt after-sales support and coordinate resolution of customer queries received through dealers.

Qualification & Experience: Degree & above with more than 2 years of experience in selling to a dealer network of PAINT / BUILDING MATERIAL Industry

Age: between 25-40 years
