- Experience in handling all types of plastic material PC,NYLON,PMMA
- Injection molding Process Optimization and Rejection control.
- Production Scheduling and Raw Material planning.
- Regular monitoring of Production process.
- Effective Utilization and Planning of 4M (Manpower, Material,



Method and Machine).
- Red Bin Analysis and Root cause Analysis.
- Troubleshooting and Solving Technical Problems.
- Trial of different Material and Molds.
- Implementation of all activities related to 5-S.
- Training to the current recruited Trainees.
- Report status of machines and downtime to superiors/peers.
- Hot runner molds 2 plate and 3 plate mold with various core.
- Single and Multi cavity molds.
