Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for the Sanitaryware division. Candidates can be based in any one of the mentioned cities and should be willing to cover the surrounding market within a 100 km radius. The role involves developing dealer networks, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, builders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover the assigned territory and nearby markets within a 100 km radius.
- Visit dealers, retailers, hardware stores, sanitaryware showrooms, and project sites regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/distributors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors for order processing and timely payment collection.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (Sanitaryware, Tiles, Bathware, Hardware,



Building Materials preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Uttar Pradesh: Ghaziabad, Meerut, Agra
- Uttarakhand: Dehradun, Haridwar, Haldwani
- Rajasthan: Jaipur, Alwar
