Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage production teams, and ensure that manufacturing targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The Production Supervisor will coordinate manpower, monitor production processes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned output.
- Ensure production processes are carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality team to address quality issues.
- Identify and resolve production problems, delays, and process bottlenecks.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and effective communication within the production team.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate production plans and priorities.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handover details.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production employees.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.




- Ensure proper usage and control of raw materials and production resources.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Report daily production status and operational issues to the Production Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Any Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in supervising production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
