Ssaya technologies is hiring a proactive Purchase executive to maintain accurate record of all transactions and ensure coordination of day-to-day operations. the candidate should be well organized, communicative and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/software systems.
- Verify purchase requisitions, quotations, rates, and approvals before PO creation.
- Maintain accurate PO entries, vendor records, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
- Track purchase orders until material receipt and invoice matching.
- Update inward entries, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock-related purchase data.
- Prepare daily/monthly purchase reports and pending order status.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and approval processes.
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and production departments for smooth procurement activities.




- Handle amendment/cancellation of POs when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in an accountiing field
- Knowledge of PO creation and purchase processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, Busy, or similar.
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic reporting).
- Strong documentation and data entry accuracy.
- Vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of GST/invoice verification.
