Job Description – Finance Intern (Freshers)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Interns who are eager to build a career in Finance and Accounting. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and business finance processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
- Support invoice processing and expense management.
- Help prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and transaction verification.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain and update financial data in Excel and accounting software.
- Assist during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills

✔ Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance principles




✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
✔ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Good communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to learn quickly and work in a team workplace

Eligibility

B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA Inter / CMA Students
Recent Graduates & Final Year Students
Freshers are encouraged to apply

- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Zoho Books or QuickBooks
- GST & TDS Basics
- Financial Reporting Concepts
