Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor Sales Representative to join our showroom team at Galaxy Zula House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
- Handle billing and basic POS operations
- Stay updated with product knowledge and ongoing offers
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in retail/showroom sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
