Sigma Process Controls is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Field Sales Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer visits, technical discussions, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion for industrial products including Roots Blowers, Side Channel Blowers, Industrial Pumps, Ozone Generators, and Vacuum Systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop industrial customers across assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits and technical meetings with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up for order conversion.
- Coordinate with OEMs, customers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Develop business in sectors such as Water Treatment, STP, ETP, Aquaculture, Food Processing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and General Industries.
- Provide basic application support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Technical Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Sound knowledge of:
- Roots Blowers (Twin Lobe & Tri-Lobe)
- Side Channel Blowers
- Industrial Pumps
- Ozone Generators and Aeration Systems
- Motors, Piping, and Process Equipment
- Ability to understand P&IDs; and basic industrial applications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in industrial equipment sales, pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, water treatment equipment, or process engineering products.
- Existing customer network in industries such as STP, ETP, Pharma, Chemicals, Food Processing, Textile, and Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹3,50,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum (Based on experience and technical expertise)
