Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing store. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring accurate material receipt and issuance, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage practices and material identification.
- Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Maintain store documentation, inward/outward registers, and compliance records.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and FIFO/FEFO practices within the store.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Positive organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
