Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Handle day-to-day L1 support tickets and assist users in resolving technical issues.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN troubleshooting under senior guidance.
- Assist in antivirus updates, system patching, and IT asset maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and support activities.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and printers.
- Good communication and learning attitude.

Freshers or candidates with 3+ years of experience can apply

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
