Job Summary:

The Utility Officer is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining utility systems to ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing operations. The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor utility equipment such as Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, DG Sets, HVAC systems, RO Plant, and Water Treatment Systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment
- Ensure uninterrupted utility supply for production operations
- Maintain utility logs, maintenance records, and daily reports
- Monitor electricity, water, steam, and compressed air consumption
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety,



environmental, and company standards
- Support utility-related validation, calibration, and audit activities
- Maintain housekeeping and safety in the utility area

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of utility equipment and plant maintenance
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, and DG Sets
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- ITI (Fitter / Electrician) with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in Utility, Engineering, or Maintenance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
