Job Description:
We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client follow-ups, schedule appointments, and support sales activities by maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote properties and services.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about listings and project updates.
- Schedule appointments for property visits or client meetings.
- Follow up on leads to ensure excellent customer service and close deals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Telecalling or a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
