3. Client Support

- Helping clients with:
- Buying/selling shares
- IPO applications
- Portfolio queries

4. Risk & Compliance

- Following strict rules (no false promises, no unauthorized trades)
- Ensuring trades match client instructions exactly

Skills Required

- Fast decision-making

- Valuable communication (especially for phone-based dealers)
