Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), Prototypes, and process flows.
- Develop test cases and assist in system integration testing.
- Work closely with Dev, QA teams to validate solutions against client expectations.
- Provide ongoing support for change requests and enhancements.

Requirements

- Masters in Computer Science, IT,



or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a BA in software/product development.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Solid documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools like AI studio, , Figma, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and project management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize requirements.

Pay: ₹257,058.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
