About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and people-friendly Floor Coordinator to manage and host birthday parties, group bookings, and events at Loco Bear. This role is all about creating a fun, smooth, and memorable experience for guests while ensuring everything runs perfectly on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for party hosts and group bookings
- Welcome guests, brief them about activities, and guide them throughout the experience
- Coordinate end-to-end party execution (decor, activities, food timing, cake cutting, etc.)
- Ensure events run on time and as planned
- Engage with guests to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B;, tech, housekeeping) for seamless execution
- Handle last-minute changes or issues calmly and efficiently




- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety during activities
- Support upselling of packages, add-ons, and experiences when relevant
- Capture feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and hosting skills
- High energy, outgoing personality, and confidence in handling groups
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple parties/events simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm approach under pressure
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (peak business time)

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
