Looking for Fresher B.Tech Food Technology graduate.

- Assist in managing daily production activities as per the production plan
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Maintain production records, batch details, and documentation
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Comfortable working in a shop floor / manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak production periods

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
