Responsibilities:

- Lead listing creation and management across Marketplaces & Quick-Commerce (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, blinkit etc.)

- Develop and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the Market Places.

- Drive sales growth and achieve agreed-upon targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies, including product assortment planning, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.

- Manage pricing, promotions, and margins to ensure profitability.

- Monitor Sales performance, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS & other key business matric.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards objectives.

- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the account relationship.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).





- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a KAM role within the e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.

- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the fashion industry in India.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

- Experience working with Amazon/Myntra/Filipkart/Amazon/ Ajio (a plus).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
