- Lead architectural design from concept, schematic, and detailed drawings to execution stage
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and design details
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, codes, and statutory approvals
- Manage and guide junior architects and drafting teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance
- Resolve design and execution-related issues on site
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors
- Review material specifications, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
