Shall act as a custodian of the godown ensuring proper inward and outward movement of stock materials.

Responsibilities:

1. *Material Supply Management:* Coordinate and oversee the supply of materials to the project team based on estimates prepared by supervisors, ensuring timely delivery to support project timelines.

2. *B2B Dealer Interaction:* Facilitate the smooth supply of materials to B2B dealers, handling billing processes directly and maintaining strong communication for their activities.

3. *Stock Management:* Implement effective stock management practices to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing shortages or excesses.

4. *Material Tracking and Zigjo Usage:* Utilize the Zigjo task management software for efficient tracking of materials, ensuring accurate updates on material movement, and maintaining a real-time overview of stock.

5. *Inbound and Outbound Material Inspection:* Conduct thorough checks of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality and accuracy, adhering to the company's standards.

6. *Courier Handling:* Manage the dispatch and tracking of materials via courier services, ensuring safe and timely delivery, and maintaining records of shipments.

*Receiving and Documentation:* Oversee the receipt of couriers and materials, maintaining proper documentation for tracking purposes and accounting for all received items.

8. *Key Management:* Assume responsibility for the security and proper handling of office and godown keys, ensuring access is restricted to authorized personnel.

9. *Coordination with Project Team:* Collaborate closely with project supervisors to align material supply with project requirements, responding promptly to any changes or urgent needs.

10. *Reporting:* Provide regular reports on material movements, stock levels, and any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders within the company.

11. *Process Optimization:* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in material supply and stock management, striving for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

12. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to material handling and stock management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
