Telesales Executive

Experience

1–7 Years

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

- Make calls to potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries received from IndiaMART, Justdial, website, and other sources.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

Requirements

- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.




- Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Experience in the Building Materials, UPVC, Aluminium, Interior, or Construction industry is preferred.
