Designation Vice President - Global Contract Services
Job Description

- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute financial markets documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, etc
- Manage end-to-end documentation negotiations with clients while ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Conduct legal due diligence, prepare transaction documentation, and support transaction execution across global markets.
- Identify legal, operational, and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Review documentation quality, monitor approvals, identify process gaps, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage multiple negotiations simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality legal documentation.

Desired Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in financial markets legal documentation, contract negotiation, or transaction documentation within investment banking or global financial institutions.




- Robust expertise in negotiating and executing ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (IM/VM), GMRA, MRA, GMSLA, MSFTA, FX Prime Brokerage, and Equities Prime Brokerage documentation.
- Sound understanding of OTC derivatives, securities financing transactions, collateral management, and netting arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements, collateral regulations (IM/VM), and jurisdiction-specific legal frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex negotiations, review documentation quality, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
