About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Electronics and Industrial Automation sector across North India.Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners. Present and demonstrate products and solutions to prospective clients. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, sales presentations, and marketing materials. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.Required Skills Strong understanding of Electronics,



Industrial Electronics, or Instrumentation products. Experience in technical sales and customer engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.Preferred Industry Background Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation & Control Systems, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
