As a Client Specialist Analyst at WLTW, your role is crucial in supporting the end-to-end North America Risk & Broking renewal and servicing process. You will work closely with Client Advocacy, Broking, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:- Handling a portfolio of complex clients with specific service needs- Assisting Client Advocacy colleagues in preparing, reviewing, and managing tasks related to North America Risk & Broking Property and Casualty insurance renewals- Working with functional and client management teams to finalize deliverables such as Loss Runs, Policy Documents delivery, Accounting & Settlement Summaries of Insurance, to ensure clients understand their coverage- Arranging and facilitating internal/external strategy meetings for policy renewals, preparing minutes, and supporting coordination between Advocacy and Broking teams- Participating in drafting proposals, ensuring data accuracy for client submissions, and following up with carriers on binding confirmations- Collaborating with service teams and client teams to ensure timely tax filings to avoid penalties for late or incorrect submissionsQualifications Required:- Graduate in Banking, Finance, or Insurance related courses (Mandatory)- Any insurance qualification (Preferred)In the recruitment process, you can expect the following stages:1.
