Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Gather user insights through customer interviews, field visits, and operational research.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact features.

- Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

- Define product metrics and monitor feature performance.

- Lead product launches and post-launch improvements.

- Build scalable workflows for operational planning, workforce management, and service execution.

- Analyse business data to identify product opportunities.

- Drive continuous product improvements using customer feedback and analytics.

- Ensure product quality, usability, and operational effectiveness.

RequirementsRequired Skills

- Strong experience in Product Management.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile development.

- Strong understanding of product metrics and business KPIs.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools.





- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in rapid-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, agritech, fintech, mobility, staffing, or operations-focused products.

- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.

- Experience launching new products or scaling technology platforms.

- Familiarity with rural markets, field operations, or mobile-first applications.
