About the Role

At The Reel Store , we work with fast-growing brands in healthcare, aesthetics, and lifestyle to build strong digital presence through strategic content and storytelling.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage client communication, coordinate with the creative team, and ensure content is planned, produced, and delivered smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies for client accounts

• Manage Instagram, Linked In, and other relevant platforms

• Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules

• Coordinate shoots and content production with the internal team

• Work closely with video editors and designers to deliver content

• Write captions, scripts, and content briefs

• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements

• Ensure content is delivered on time and approvals are taken before posting

• Track performance and optimise campaigns when needed





• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates

Note: This is a client-facing role. You will be responsible for ensuring work moves smoothly between the client and the internal team and that deliverables are completed and approved on time.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in social media management

• Solid understanding of Instagram and Linked In

• Good communication and client handling skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Basic understanding of reels, content planning, and analytics

• Organised and proactive in following up with teams
