Job Description:

- To ensure the work allocation All Quality control person.

- To ensure the quality of raw material, packing material and finished product are compliant with the approved specification and GMP/GLP

- Maintains accurate, complete, and timely documentation (analytical reports, logbook).

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP and regulatory standards. participate in internal audits, external regulatory inspection and implement CAPAs,

- Prepare and review standard operating Procedures (SOPs), Specifications, And testing protocols.

- Monitor compliance with the requirement approved procedure.

- Review of quality control record.

- Ensure that the proper monitoring and the maintenance and the maintenance of department premises and equipment are done properly.

- Ensures that the monitoring of the calibration program of equipment is done





- Check the laboratory organization (For example; document, glassware, chemical and equipment)

- Ensures the organization and proper keeping of retained samples in the retained sample room.

- Ensure the proper handling of reference and working standard.

- To observe the overall cleanliness and maintaining proper housekeeping control in the laboratory.

- To report and participate in the investigation related to the Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Incident and Deviation.

- Ensure the Monitoring of the retention of the QC record.

- To follow company’s rules and regulations.

- To follow safety norms.
