Our client is an emerging next-generation recruitment platform designed to connect employers, recruiters, consultants, and job seekers through an intuitive, scalable, and AI-enabled hiring ecosystem. We are looking for a creative and technically strong professional to help bring the platform to life.

We are seeking a talented professional who combines creative UI/UX design expertise with modern website development skills. The ideal candidate will transform business requirements into visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences while working closely with the product and development teams. Key Responsibilities UI/UX & Figma

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces in Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Ensure responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

Website Development

- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect web pages from approved Figma designs.
- Build reusable front-end components using modern web technologies.
- Optimize website performance, speed, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and excellent user experience.
- Work closely with back-end developers for seamless integration.

Product Collaboration

- Participate in feature planning and product discussions.
- Suggest UI/UX improvements based on usability and industry best practices.
- Support future enhancements and continuous product improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Prototyping.




- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs and front-end integration.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing SaaS platforms, job portals, HRTech, or recruitment applications (desirable but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of AI-assisted UI design tools.
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms (desirable but not mandatory).
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience with an outstanding portfolio will also be considered.
