What awaits you/ Job Profile

- You will drive the end-to-end maturity of product/vehicle concepts, ensuring they evolve into feasible, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.

- Apply robust engineering expertise to validate technical feasibility, performance, and compliance requirements during early concept stages.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness by supporting closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize designs for efficient and scalable production.
- Knowledge of Automotive components, material and technical specifications
- Lead cross-functional teams using your managerial skills, driving collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution across global teams.
- Manage (checking and tracking quality) the RFI and RFQ preparation.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring concept maturity targets are achieved within schedule
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, leveraging your German language skills for effective communication with global teams, especially Germany-based partners.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that emphasizes innovation, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Ideal role is to track and escalate missing inputs required for concluding sourcing





What should you bring along

- Act as the central point of contact between engineering, suppliers, concept teams, and manufacturing stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of requirements, and smooth coordination across all involved functions
- Manage and drive the RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes
- Automotive domain - component manufacturing requirements and concept development knowledge
- Know how to prepare technical proposal / inputs which help further to commercial proposal documentation
- Should be aware about requirement definition creation and supporting sourcing decisions to ensure cost-effective and feasible solutions

Must have technical skill

- Knowledge of overall vehicle development processes and manufacturing systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience handling concept or development projects with RFI and RFQ from automotive domain
- Project management and Managerial Skills
- Strong cross-functional coordination
- RFI/RFQ Process
- Basic knowledge of CADs and PLM tools
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced development environment
- German language
- Minimum qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering

- Knowledge of digitization workflows, data exchange formats, and version control in a design/engineering context.
