Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Mobile Developer/Consultant with 7+ years of experience in mobile marketing, customer engagement, and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and optimizing mobile-first customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK. The role involves designing personalized, real-time mobile experiences through push notifications, in-app messaging, deep linking, and event-driven journey orchestration.

- Design, develop, and implement mobile customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure and manage mobile engagement campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages, and app lifecycle communications.
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK.
- Configure and manage mobile messaging channels for iOS and Android applications.
- Implement event-driven customer journeys using mobile behavioral events and real-time customer data.
- Design personalized mobile experiences using customer profiles, segmentation, decision management, and offer personalization.
- Collaborate with mobile application development teams to integrate Adobe Mobile SDKs and configure event tracking.
- Implement deep links, rich push notifications, actionable notifications, and personalized in-app experiences.
- Develop and maintain mobile event schemas, identities, datasets, and profile attributes within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Integrate Adobe solutions with external APIs, CRM systems, customer data platforms, and third-party messaging providers.
- Monitor mobile campaign performance and optimize customer journeys based on engagement metrics and business KPIs.
- Troubleshoot mobile messaging delivery issues, SDK integrations, and journey execution failures.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.




- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Experience configuring mobile messaging channels using APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Hands-on experience integrating Adobe solutions with native iOS and Android applications.
- Experience with customer journey orchestration and real-time personalization.
- Robust understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), mobile engagement strategies,



and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics implementations.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics tools.
- Experience with customer identity and consent management.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and mobile privacy best practices.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale mobile engagement solutions.
