In this pivotal role, you will lead the finance function and drive financial excellence across the organization. Working collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads, you'll transform financial data into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy and performance.
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports; communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow optimization, credit approvals, debt recovery, and working capital strategies
- Lead the finance team; provide mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to drive team excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Partner with business leaders to analyze profitability drivers, manage expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
