Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning or AI systems development
- At least 2 years leading projects or small teams
- Experience in end-to-end model development, deployment, and iteration from research to production

Responsibilities

- Design and build end-to-end AI systems for production-grade use cases across healthcare, insurance, and commerce
- Prototype and experiment by turning new ideas into functional proof-of-concepts
- Evaluate and fine-tune models for performance, explainability, and reliability
- Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for model behavior, alignment, and performance
- Deploy monitoring and observability tools to track anomalies, staleness, and drift
- Design agentic workflows and energetic context engines for adaptive, intent-aware automation
- Lead and mentor a small team through architecture, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration





Additional Responsibilities

- Choose the right approach between deep learning and classical ML based on the problem
- Generate or curate synthetic or weakly supervised data when needed
- Translate abstract AI ideas into reliable, human-aligned systems
- Collaborate across disciplines
