Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for independently managing and overseeing fuel bunkering operations, ensuring seamless loading to unloading processes and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Cash Flow Management (a) Management of Cash Flow of IRM business & liquidity management

(e) Improce TAT for LC establishment, Document negotiation etc.
(f) Review of bank charges, debited by the bank for BG, FLC, etc. & getting refund of the same.
(g) Explore with bankers for various factoring products and generate liquidity for the business(a) Optimium utilization of allocated limits.
(b) Explore & deal with Bankers for below arrangement to facilitate liquidity: Factoring / Bill discounting / Channel Financing / Supplier's Credit / Buyer's credit.
LC opening and management(a) Monitoring & control of import LC/BG and optimize overall TAT.
(b) Control over bank charges and interest cost,
(c) Ensure timely payment of LC & DA bills
(d) Provide operational support to business teams for issuance of LC, BG, SBLC and other financial instruments.(a) Analyzing bank limits, LC clauses and open FLC / ILC / BG from the most profitable alternative for utilization of such limits.
(b) Ensure all compliance relating to LC / SBLC etc
Reports for Control & optimization(a) MIS in regard to :
(i) Cash Flow,
(ii) Bank Guarantee Status,
(iii) LC Status,
(iv) FD status,
(v) ICD monitoring
(vi) Limits utilisation status
(vii) BRS(a) On time circulation and taking corrective action.
Compliances(a) Ensure all compliances related to banking including CMA, ASM audits, various covenant testing etc.
(b) Ensure compliances in alignment with letters issued by bank
(c) Deal with internal and statutory auditors related to banking and treasury profile.
(d) Ensuring timely closure of all open Shipping Bills and Bill of Entries.
(e) Visit ports with auditors and banks as & when required(a) 100% compliances of internal and RBI regulations.
Automation(a) Process Automation(a) Usage of technology for digitising the process.
L&D;(a) Learning & Growth(a) Adherence to Training Man-days and also make the business team aware of recent developments.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MBA Finance / CA
Experiences: 10-12 years
