Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs and learning calendars.
- Manage LMS records, enrollments, and completion tracking.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards, and learning metrics.
- Support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders, trainers, and vendors for seamless program execution.
- Analyze feedback and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.
