Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Noida, India

Position Overview

GEDU is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join its IT Operations team in Noida. The role involves providing first-level technical support, resolving IT incidents and service requests, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience across the organization.

What We Expect from You

- Provide L1 support through ITSM tools, email, phone, and walk-ins.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
- Manage tickets within SLA timelines and escalate issues when required.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and device setup.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

What You Should Bring





- 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Desk or End User Support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office Applications.
- Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and user administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or SMP.
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102).
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise or global users.
