Site construction Manager, who is specialized in site execution management, coordination for site mobilization and understand the basic requirement for site startup, good knowledge about piping and structural prefabrication, spool identification, safe lift plan, equipment erection, piping and structural erection, pr. Test loop file preparation and pr. Testing of pipe loops, mechanical completion at construction site. Installation of all Mechanical components (piping, equipment, structures) based on the design & approved drawing, codes and standards. To manage entire execution work to complete safely and within schedule. To estimate resource requirement to complete the work as per given schedule. To ensure compliance of contract specification by contractor. To ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues raised.

Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you managed end-to-end site construction activities, including site mobilization, execution planning, coordination, and ensuring all prerequisites for project startup were in place.
- Furthermore, you supervised the installation, prefabrication, and erection of piping, structural steel, and mechanical equipment in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Additionally, you coordinated spool identification, safe lifting operations,



equipment erection, and piping and structural installation while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality requirements.
- Moreover, you prepared pre-testing loop documentation, executed pressure testing activities, and supported mechanical completion to achieve timely project handover.
- Consequently, you estimated and optimized manpower, equipment, and material resources to ensure construction activities were completed safely and within the approved project schedule.
- Meanwhile, you monitored contractor performance to ensure full compliance with contractual specifications, technical requirements, and project quality standards.
- Finally, you addressed customer concerns proactively by resolving site execution issues promptly, ensuring smooth project progress and high client satisfaction.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You should have Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 12 years of experience in relevant field or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 14years of experience.
- You Should have work knowledge in refinery/ ASU/Gas plants construction execution.
