Job Summary:We’re seeking a thoughtful Menswear Designer to assist in the design and development of menswear collections. You will work closely with the Founder and Design Head to translate the brand’s craft-led philosophy into contemporary menswear, from concept through to sampling.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop menswear styles across seasonal collectionsCreate sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packsSupport pattern development, draping, fittings, and sample reviewsCollaborate with textile, embroidery, merchandising, and production teams throughout product developmentResearch fabrics, craft techniques, trims, and global menswear referencesMaintain design documentation and sampling trackersRequirements2–3 years’ experience in premium, luxury, or designer apparelStrong foundation in pattern making,



garment construction, fit, and silhouette developmentUnderstanding of Indian textiles, artisanal techniques, and fabric development.Detail-oriented with a refined aesthetic and strong execution skillsCurious, cooperative, and comfortable working in a founder-led creative environmentPreferred QualificationsEducational background from NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, Srishti Manipal Institute, MSU Baroda, or equivalentExperience with sustainable fashion practices and textilesProficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong networking skills within the fashion industry
