Position Title: Campus HeadDepartment: Finance & AccountsLocation: IMI Bhubaneswar CampusReporting To: Director / CFORole OverviewThe Campus Head Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing the complete financial management of the campus, ensuring accuracy, compliance, transparency, and efficiency in all accounting operations. The role involves strategic financial planning, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and effective fund management to support the institutions academic and administrative objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & AccountingOversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliation)Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMaintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standardsMonitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial controls2. Compliance & RegulatoryEnsure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, and other statutory requirementsHandle filings, returns, and assessments with regulatory authoritiesLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities3. Budgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare annual budgets and periodic forecastsMonitor budget vs actuals and provide variance analysisAdvise management on cost optimization and financial planning4. Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory,



internal, and tax auditsStrengthen internal control systems and processesEnsure proper documentation and audit readiness5. Team LeadershipLead and supervise the accounts teamAllocate responsibilities and ensure timely deliverablesBuild a culture of compliance and accountability6. MIS & ReportingDevelop and present financial MIS reports to managementSupport decision-making through financial insights and analysisPrepare reports required by governing bodies/accreditation agencies7. Institutional Finance HandlingManage fee accounting, scholarships, grants, and donationsOversee vendor payments and contract complianceHandle financial aspects of projects, events, and institutional initiativesQualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (M.
