We're a house that leads taste rather than follows trends, and our social presence needs to reflect that discipline.The RoleWe're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Ruceru's presence end-to-end — from creative direction and content to captions, community, and reporting. You'll work directly with the founders, help shape and protect our brand voice and positioning as we grow, and shoot/edit a meaningful share of content yourself. You'll eventually take on our sister brands as they come online.What you'll doOwn creative direction for content — concepts, shot lists, and visual storytelling, not just executionHelp develop and safeguard Ruceru's brand voice and positioning alongside the foundersShoot content on iPhone (Reels, BTS, atelier/karigar moments) and edit video in-houseHandle graphic design for social assets, story templates,



and campaign visualsOwn the content calendar and posting cadenceWrite and edit captions in line with our brand's verbal grammarCoordinate larger shoots with the atelier and external photographers when neededManage community: DMs, comments, and routing enquiries to the right personTrack performance (saves, outbound clicks, engagement quality — not vanity metrics) and report to the foundersManage the image prep pipeline (Topaz Photo AI + Lightroom)Influencer MarketingWhat we're looking forStrong eye for visual storytelling and comfort making creative calls independentlyHands-on skills: iPhone shooting, video editing (Reels/CapCut/Premiere or similar), and graphic design (Canva/Photoshop or similar)Robust, precise writing — able to hold and help evolve a brand's voice, not just follow a style guideComfortable with Instagram's full toolset and basic performance reportingOrganized enough to run a calendar independently and hit deadlines without hand-holdingFashion/luxury knowledge is required Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata; this is an in-house role
