Job Description- Generate inquiries and drive sales for gearboxes and power transmission devices while building strong product and brand awareness across the assigned region- Develop and maintain direct relationships with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive follow‑up strategies to achieve brand switchovers and expand market share- Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select effective media channels, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions- Lead the design and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities (offline and online)- Train and mentor representatives and service engineers,



ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives- Collaborate with the Product Engineering Group to support current product development and customer‑specific customizations- Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics- Support Sales and Marketing with business cases, product inputs, and service‑related requirements- Contribute to organizational growth through training initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering- Strong technical understanding of gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems- Proven ability to interface with OEM customers and deliver business growth- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
