Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Support the sales manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.- Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM/Bitrix.- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and contracts.- Lead negotiations and close high-value business opportunities.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.- Coordinate with the implementation, support, marketing, and accounts teams for seamless project execution.- Mentor, guide,
