Transfer of instruction manuals for branded products to the editorial system Schema ST4 (XML based)2. Creation and maintenance of text modules, technical data and images in ST43. Translation management in ST4 and Across4. Production of documents out of ST45. Management of documents in Celum, SharePoint and Teamcenter6.



Creation and maintenance of parts lists in Excel7. Compilation of documents8. Communication and coordination with the technical editors9. Working in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, and implementation of the LEAN methodologyPrerequisites:1. Experienced technical writer with profound technical knowledge2. At least three years of experience in technical documentation of an international mechanical engineering company3. Competence in graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office programs4. Experience with ST4 and Across desirable5. Highly diligent and structured way of working6. Quick perception, reliability, organizational skills7. Very good knowledge of English8. Willingness for onboarding training and work-stays in Maulburg
